Frequently asked questions

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. An upgrade applies right away. A downgrade between paid plans also applies right away, with prorated billing, and cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

There is no separate trial. The Free plan lets you try the core features for as long as you like before you pay.

How does team sharing work?

On Pro you can invite up to 5 team members to work on your prompts. Each member gets their own login, and you control what they can access.

What are credits for?

Credits pay for runs: Free gets 100 once, Plus 250 and Pro 500 every month.

Do you offer enterprise plans?

Yes. Larger teams and organizations get a plan with more members, SSO and an audit log, and dedicated support. Contact sales for details.

Do I need Pro for MCP?

Public prompts work over MCP with no key. Your private library over MCP needs a Pro API key.
