By creating an account or using Promptfy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Promptfy to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or abuse the platform or other users.
4. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts and content you create. You grant Promptfy the limited rights needed to host, display, and operate the service on your behalf.
5. Paid plans and billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan entitlements are described on the pricing page.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from account settings.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Promptfy is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in this agreement.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes require you to re-accept before continuing to use the service.
