1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email), content you create, and usage data needed to operate the service. We collect payment data through our processor and do not store full card numbers. We don't save contact messages in Promptfy; our email provider delivers them to our support inbox, where we keep them only as long as we need to reply.
2. How we use your data
To provide and improve Promptfy, secure accounts, process payments, and communicate service updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data: your name, email address, or the payment and subscription records held with our payment processor.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in and a random visitor id (pfy-vid, set on your first visit) that keeps the version of the site you see stable; it does not identify you. With your consent we also record anonymous product events, such as which pages are visited and whether a visit ends in a sign-up; they carry no IP address or browser details and are deleted after 180 days. You can change your choice at any time from "Manage cookies".
4. Data sharing
We share data only with processors that help run the service (hosting, payments, email, and spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form) under contractual safeguards, or where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. Anonymous product events are deleted after 180 days. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Account deletion honours GDPR requests.
