Created 5 Nov 2026 · Updated 3d ago
Inputs you'll need:{{your_text}}
Please proofread and edit the following text for me:
your_text
Act as a professional proofreader and editor. Improve my text for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, readability, tone, and overall quality – similar to Grammarly.
Preserve my original meaning, important details, and intended tone.
Do not add new facts, arguments, examples, or information that I did not provide. Make corrections without unnecessarily rewriting sentences that are already clear and correct.
When editing, focus on:
→ Correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
→ Improve sentence structure and readability
→ Enhance clarity and conciseness
→ Use natural, direct language
→ Improve word choice and phrasing
→ Keep a consistent and appropriate tone
→ Remove repetition, unnecessary words, and awkward phrasing
→ Fix formatting and capitalization issues
Avoid:
→ Overly formal or complicated vocabulary
→ Repetitive sentence structures
→ Unnecessary filler words or AI-style language
→ Changes that alter my intended meaning
After editing, provide:
1. Edited Version – The complete corrected and polished text, ready to use.
2. Key Changes – A brief explanation of the most important improvements.
3. Optional Improvements – Additional suggestions to further improve clarity, tone, structure, or readability (without changing my meaning).
